Paving the Way Together: Our First ESG KPI Workshop Across the Group

On January 14 and 17, 2025, we hosted our very first ESG KPI Workshop with representatives from all our subsidiaries. It was an exciting milestone that brought together CEOs, COOs, and operations leads to align on our ESG direction and commitments. Held in person, the workshop created a great platform for face-to-face discussions, honest sharing, and practical collaboration.

The agenda covered three key areas: understanding what ESG KPIs and targets really mean, exploring industry examples and how others are approaching sustainability, and engaging in hands-on workbook exercises and group discussions. These sessions encouraged active participation and gave everyone a chance to reflect on how ESG ties into their day-to-day operations.

This workshop was an important step in strengthening our ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and working together toward measurable, lasting change. We are proud of the engagement shown and excited for what’s to come as we continue on our sustainability journey.
