At ANB, we prioritise health and safety for all employees, contractors, and stakeholders. We adhere to regulatory standards like OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and EQA 1974. The Board and Senior Management oversee OSH practices, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance across all regions.
Safety and Health Committees (SHCs) at each Operating Company, composed of both management and employees, meet quarterly to address OSH concerns. Biannual audits ensure ongoing safety and regulatory compliance.
Introducing Our OSH Committee
We are pleased to introduce the AMS OSH Committee, led by En Iqmal, our certified Health and Safety Coordinator. En Iqmal, certified by NIOSH, will drive our safety initiatives. Phillip Karupiah, our Chief Integrity Officer, provides essential oversight, reinforcing our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace aligned with ESG principles.
