Promoting Wellness for a Sustainable Future: ESG Weight Loss Challenge Success

The Weight Loss Challenge was launched as part of Ancom Nylex’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts to promote healthier lifestyles among employees, aligning personal wellness with the company’s broader sustainability goals.

Running from July 22 to August 30, this initiative saw 54 participants collectively lose 41.9% body fat and an impressive 127.8 kg in total weight. Not only did the challenge aim to improve employee health, but it also fostered a sense of responsibility and teamwork, helping build a more sustainable future for both employees and the company.
